Team Recognition
During our Monday evening meeting on May 15, 2023, Rosalia Medrano was recognized for her contributions to the team.
Since joining the team, Rosalia continuously volunteers her services in various capacities and facets. Rosalia has volunteered several hours for our civic events, especially parking at the fair and helping with the K9 team training. Two weekends ago during the K9 training, she spent basically the entire day sitting in the dirt in the heat and wind in a full Ghillie suit being the victim for the dogs. 😊
She is also an integral member of the ropes team as well as a member of the Kane County Sheriff Search & Rescue. Rosalia has always been very willing to take on any assignment or challenge she is given with a smile on her face.
This post wouldn’t be complete without recognizing her famous jalapeno poppers! It wouldn’t be an ICSSAR family event or Christmas get together without them! #CanIGetAnAmen
