The Iron County Sheriff’s Search & Rescue (ICSSAR) Mountain Bike Team got together for a team training. Getting out to ride together helps to keep our endurance up. We were also able to check the condition of the trails and the helicopter landing zone (LZ) in the event of a rescue. After the ride the team discussed our 2024 training plan. Hopefully you’ll be seeing us on the trails more often.
