Evidence Search

The Cedar City Police Department (CCPD) requested the assistance of the ICSSAR team in conducting an evidence search on Saturday, March 16, 2024. The ICSSAR is trained in conducting flank style searches typically used for tracking lost/missing individuals, but in this case, can be very helpful if looking for specific objects in thick brush. There was a total of 12 SAR team members, 1 Iron County Sheriff’s Deputy and 4 CCPD Officers. They were successful in recovering the evidence. Please join us in recognizing these team members for a job well done. We appreciate their dedication and willingness to give up their Saturday morning to assist the CCPD.
